This hotel is centrally located with magnificient view of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains.just a 10 minutes walk from the town of Interlaken set back from the road leading down to lake Thun and 5-10 walking minutes away from railway station WEST.
The hotel basically has two types of room. Those in the main chalet building are traditionally decorated with pale pastel colourschemes and elegant furniture. Meanwhile the rooms in the annexe are modern in style, with delightful pale pink colourschemes and solid simple furniture. All the rooms are medium sized on average and in very good condition.
The restaurant is located in the chalet building and is homely and rustic in style.
The exterior of the hotel's main building is traditional and as the name suggests it is of chalet style. The hotel also has an annexe in which most of the rooms are housed. This building is behind the main building and is modern in style.
The reception area is very small, but adjoining it is cosy lounge bar where clients can enjoy a quiet drink. Downstairs there is a childrens' play room. This is an excellent hotel well deserving its good reputation.
